We are pleased to inform you that two improvements have been made to our mobile app this week (version 1.4.1).
New Feature – Document and Message Sharing
Similar to what they can do on the web version of the Client Portal, clients can now share documents and/or messages with you easily and securely, directly from their app.
The advantage of using the app for this purpose is that it allows the client to take a picture of a document they need to send you (e.g. a void cheque) and send it to you right away, in just one click.
Enhanced Rate of Return Info
Also new this week, clients can now view their rate of return by plan type, whereas before they could only view the global rate of return for all their plans, for each of their accounts (on the homepage).
Stay tuned for your next 360 communications as more improvements will be made to the app in the upcoming weeks, including at the rate of return level.
