As you know, your mutual fund licence with Investia will expire on December 31, 2023 and will be automatically renewed for 2024 unless we have received written notification of your resignation (or your license cancellation request) no later than December 15, 2023.

Cancellation requests for extra-provincial registration and/or any other categories of registration (scholarship plans, exempt market products, etc.) must also be received by December 15, 2023 if you do not wish to renew these types of licenses.

Please send your notice of resignation (or cancellation request), along with instructions on how to transfer your book of business, if applicable, to Investia’s Head Office either by mail (c/o Registration Department), by fax to 1 877 684-5549 or by email to investia.registration@investia.ca.

Registration renewal fees will be deducted from your commissions at a later date, which will be announced in an upcoming communication.

IMPORTANT:  There will be no refund of any license renewal fees should your resignation notice be received after December 15, 2023.
