Lately, we have been receiving an increased number of incomplete product creation requests at Head Office. In order to ensure timely processing of all your fund requests, please take note of the following reminders:

• Investia’s Product Approval Request Form (F51-372A) must be included with all fund creation requests, even if the company is already approved, as without this form your request will be rejected and the fund creation processed delayed.
  
  
• Prior to requesting any new fund to be added to Univeris, please ensure that you read Administrative Procedure # 23 in full, while paying special attention to Step 2 which details form requirements and processing delays.
  
  
• Finally, please be reminded that the product review fee of $500 is only applicable to offering-memorandum (“OM”)-issued funds and products from new fund companies that are not yet on Investia’s product shelf.
