In response to questions received following the release of our new Sales Practices Guide (ref. October 19, 2023 communication), the Investia email signature templates referenced in the guide have been made available in ready-to-use format. Choose one of the following 3 templates based on your business model:

A. Quebec-licensed Representatives

B. Representatives with a trade name

C. Representatives without a trade name

The templates include the Investia logo and placement for your professional logo (for those Representatives with a trade name), a compliance-approved mutual fund disclaimer, as well as unsubscribe mechanism wording for both mutual fund and outside activities. Note that outside activity disclaimers must be preapproved by the Sales Communications team prior to being added to Investia email signatures.
