As we are in the midst of busy RRSP season, we wanted to remind you that the Business Tracker tool is a great way for you to follow up on your various requests sent to Investia, without having to contact Client Services for updates.
Launched in June 2023, the Business Tracker provides an almost real-time view of the following types of requests so that you can havemore agility to react quickly where needed:
- AWD setups and changes
- Letters of indemnity
- Inbound transfers (mutual funds and segregated funds)
- Fee reimbursements
- Limited authorizations
- Transfer outs
How it works
Log into the Investia Advisor Centre and click on Business Tracker on the home page. Then, simply search your request by date, rep code, client name/ID, type or status and track its progress. The arrow on the right of the status is where you can click to access/download/print the document you uploaded for processing.
Statuses
Statuses are refreshed every 5 minutes to ensure you remain up to date when tracking your requests. Here is an explanation of each status:
Recently added features
- Capacity to make multi-selections and see the total number of requests in each category; and
- Link to view the processing target timelines for our various processes.
