THE 360 NEWSLETTER

As we continuously strive to enhance the communication experience between Investia and our network of advisors and assistants, we consulted with you as part of our most recent Advisor Workgroup and during the course of interviews, to gather feedback on how best we can reshape the way we communicate. We received a lot of positive feedback and suggestions, and our project team is actively working on studying the feasibility of all of them.

As a first step, we are excited to announce that we will be launching a revamped version of our The 360 website and The 360 Newsletter on Thursday, June 27, 2024.

Your new 360 will include your usual memos and categories (Top News, Best Practices, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Business Tools, Compensation, etc.), but it will be presented in an enhanced format with more visuals for a fresher look and feel and a more intuitive reading experience.

Here is a preview of the new The 360 website, providing you with all 360 memos, with the most current ones at the top:

IMPORTANT – New sender email address
Effective June 27, 2024, the weekly The 360 newsletter will be sent from the following sender email address. We mention this so you do not confuse it with a fraudulent address. This address is secure and has been approved by the company.

Industry news content – iA News
Following feedback from many advisors, your industry news content, i.e., all the market/fund research materials and economic news from iA Financial Group and our sister companies (iA Clarington, PPI, iA Private Wealth and iA Global Asset Management) that we used to include in the 360 will be taken out of the weekly newsletter and shared in a separate newsletter, iA News, which will be sent by email on a bi-monthly basis, or as content becomes available.

This will allow you to focus more easily on the day-to-day content which directly impacts your processes, and still have access to your market content. Below is a preview of your new iA News newsletter.

This new newsletter will also be sent from the previously mentioned sender email address.

Better readership statistics
Thanks to its high-quality readership tool, the new newsletter platform will help us collect more extensive readership information to help us take additional steps towards improving our communications and meeting your needs.
