Univeris System Performance – Follow-up and Expected Slowness on August 9

As you are aware, we recently underwent a data migration which caused disruptions to our back-office system, including slowness issues.

 

Over the past two weeks, our technical teams from Investia, iA Financial Group and Univeris have joined efforts to implement fixes to optimize both the system’s performance and stability, and we are pleased to say that significant improvements have been achieved on both fronts.

 

However, next Tuesday, August 9, is a day on which high volumes of activities are expected at Head Office as this day coincides with wrap fee processing. This will be the true test for the fixes we have implemented.

 

While we are confident in the effectiveness of these fixes, our teams will continue to monitor the system very closely, with special attention being paid next Tuesday. In anticipation of this, we ask that you please pay special attention to the trades you will place in the system on Tuesday, August 9, and limit yourselves to urgent transactions on that day, whenever possible.

 

Rest assured that we will proactively communicate any details and updated where required.
