We are pleased to inform you that the third quarterly statements of 2022 will be available early next week on the Client Portal for all clients registered for e-delivery. For clients electing for paper statements, delivery will follow shortly after.
Joint Account Reminders
Statements are generated for each owner. If the primary owner is registered for e-delivery or if the joint owner’s address or language differs from the primary owner’s, a statement will be mailed to the remaining owner(s). Below is a summary of the statement distribution logic:

Joint ownership with the primary owner registered for e-delivery |
The primary owner will receive a statement by e-delivery. The joint owner will receive a statement by mail to the related party address on file or the primary address if no address exists in Univeris under the Related Parties section. |

Joint ownership with differences between the primary owner’s and related party’s address or language |
A statement will be mailed to each recipient’s respective address on file. Where the language differs between the primary owner and related party, statements will be generated in the owner’s language of choice. |

Joint ownership with no related party address |
A statement will be distributed to the primary owner’s address on file. |
