In order to ensure that the process is as streamlined and simple as possible when requesting new products to be added to the Investia product shelf, we have merged the Product Approval Request Form (F51-372A) and Product Review Request Form (F51-374A) into one single form.
Going forward, regardless of the product type being requested, you will only need to complete and submit the recently amended Product Approval Request Form (F51-372A), which can be found on the Investia Advisor Centre under Product Information / Authorized Suppliers. As such, F51-374A has been removed from the Advisor Centre.
We hope that you will find the new form easy to use and time saving.
