THE 360 NEWSLETTER
As mentioned in previous communications, multi-factor authentication will be added to the Investia Client Portal on December 5. In addition to a strong password, clients will now be required to authenticate using a 2nd factor (e.g., a code sent via SMS on their cell phone).
This is good news for your clients’ security! Indeed, the application of a double factor makes it virtually impossible for cybercriminals to access applications. We advise you to do the same on your end and enable this option as soon as possible. Enable it first on your email box, it’s a goldmine for cybercriminals. Also add it to the applications you use most often such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. This is a great way to close the door on cyberattackers!
Thanks to your vigilance, your good information security habits, and this multifactor authentication, you and your clients will be more confident, and your personal data will be safe.
