THE 360 NEWSLETTER
As introduced in the March version of the Water Cooler where we spoke about our MFA rollout, over the coming weeks, Investia will be kicking off the username change process when logging into your Investia Advisor Centre and other Investia tools such as Univeris, PureFees, the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) tool, the Dashboard and Investia Learning platform.
To keep in line with the latest industry practices, we are required to update your current username from the alpha numeric standard to an email address. As such, your Investia username for the Advisor Centre and above-mentioned advisor tools will change from your current username (e.g., NVAAORC) to the email address that Investia head office has on file for you (e.g., John.Smith@goodwoodfinancial.ca).
This change will be rolled out in phases of 700-1,000 advisors at a time. Each phase will be planned so that all advisors from the same office are converted over to use their new username on the same day.
Starting July 10, 2023, the first phase of this initiative will be kicked off. In preparation for this change, we request that you review the email address you have on file with us, which can be done by following the steps listed below on the Advisor Centre:
Steps to access your Profile:
- Log into the Advisor Centre.
- Click on the person icon and select User Settings from the drop-down options.
- Review the email listed under Primary email.
- Notify the Investia Registration team at investia.registration@investia.ca should you require your email address to be updated at head office.
What will change?
- Your username will change from the alpha numeric username to your email address on file with Investia.
- All advisors and assistants will be notified a week in advance of their scheduled username change.
- The username change will not impact the password or MFA that you have configured for your account.
Should you have any questions or require additional information, please contact our Client Services Team, by email at investia@investia.ca, by phone at 1-888-684-5548 or by using the chatbot feature available on the Advisor Centre.
