Following the April 6, 2023 communication, we would like to remind you that you have until September 30, 2023 to benefit from Investia’s Intermediary Account Transfer Program.

As a reminder, the Intermediary Account Transfer Program allows your clients to transfer their intermediary accounts (including B2B accounts under the Investia dealer code) to the Investia nominee account platform without having to pay upfront transfer out fees charged by the intermediary. Instead, Investia will cover the total amount of these fees upon the transfer, then the client will pay the program fees  for the next 5 years, in addition to annual administrative fees, as detailed on the Intermediary Transfer Program Request Form (F51-396A) signed by the client.

Important Notes:

• The Investia Intermediary Transfer Program is a limited-time offer which expires on September 30, 2023. Transfers initiated after this date will not be eligible for the program. It should be noted that we are not expecting to extend or renew this offer.
• If your client wishes to enroll in the program, please fax a Transfer Authorization Form for Investia Nominee Accounts (F51-170A) and an Intermediary Account Transfer Program Form (F51-396A) to 1-833-937-2236. Please do not upload the forms via the Secure File Upload Tool, as this could lead to rejection by the Processing team. Also, we ask that you please never fax forms to B2B directly because fees will not be assumed by Investia and instead taken from the client’s assets. Both forms can be found in Univeris under the “Task Menu / Generate Forms” section.
• For transfers received between June 30, 2023 and September 30, 2023, the fees for the first year will be charged toward the end of 2023.
• For RRIF/LIF accounts, any minimum and/or maximum amount will have to be paid to the client in favour of Investia prior to the transfer and will not be assumed by Investia.
