Update of Investia Administrative Fee Schedule and Client Fee Reminder

We would like to inform you that changes have been made to the Investia Administrative Fee schedule. The fee schedule was updated on November 1, 2023 and will be effective January 1, 2024.

In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that where annual fees were previously waived for clients who held one or more of the following products – GICs or segregated funds, these exemptions have now been removed and fees will be charged in 2024. For these two product types, we plan to pull the Client Administrative Fee from clients’ bank accounts upon receiving client consent.

Client Fee Reminder

As previously communicated in our Client Fee FAQ, we remind you that for Representatives who have chosen to pay the fee on behalf of their clients, the commission deductions were processed on September 14, 2023. The second deduction for amounts greater than $1,000 was processed on October 12, 2023 and the third deduction will be processed on November 9, 2023
