System Maintenance – Univeris, Advisor Centre, Client Portal and Mobile App Downtime
Business tools November 16, 2023Please be advised that a system maintenance will be performed on the weekend of Friday, November 17, 2023.
As a result, Univeris, the Investia Advisor Centre (including the Dashboard, PureFees, Investia Learning and the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) tool), the Client Portal and Mobile App will be down on Friday, November 17, 8:00 p.m. until Sunday, November 19, 2023, 8:00 p.m. (ET).
A banner notifying you and your clients of the system unavailability has been added to the Advisor Centre and Client Portal.
