We are pleased to inform you that improvements have been made to the Advisor Centre.

Improved Notifications Tile Performance

As announced in the 360 on May 27, the Advisor Centre “Notifications” tile was recently made available to all users, regardless of their access level. In this communication we mentioned that data loading could cause performance and slowness issues in the tool. Today we are pleased to announce that these issues have been resolved and that data loading time has successfully improved.

Improvement to Mirror View – Document and Message Sharing Tool

Going forward, you will be able to access the document/message sharing tool from the Mirror View section of the Advisor Centre. This will allow you to view all the documents and messages that have been shared by your clients from their portals, and identify more easily which clients might experience issues with this process so that you can better support them where needed.

Note that since the Mirror View is a view-only feature, you will not be able to send documents/messages from there as none of the buttons will be activated.
