We are pleased to inform you that our Client Portal Starter’s Guide has been amended to reflect the recent modifications added to the registration screen.
The updated guide not only provides detailed information to assist your clients with portal registration (account creation), it has also been amended to facilitate browsing and the use of some of the key functionalities of the site such as secure document and message sharing between clients and representatives, address changes, family linking creation and viewing, to name only a few.
This guide may also be used to support your client when creating their account on the Investia Mobile App, as the steps to register are the same regardless of whether registration is done through the Web client portal or the App.
