As mentioned during last week’s Best Business Practices Roadshows, our team is currently reviewing the entire workflow around the New Client/Account Application Form/KYC Update Form, including data entry and configuration in AccountXPRESS.
In order to ensure that we align our efforts with the needs and expectations of Representatives, we will be conducting a series of individual interviews with Representatives who wish to participate.
These individual interviews will last 30 minutes and will be conducted in Teams in July. Representatives will be asked a series of predetermined questions by a member of our team. The purpose of these meetings is to gather information in order to simplify the process for Representatives on a daily basis.
If you would like to participate:
- Please be available between July 4 and 22, or let us know when you would be available.
- Please send an email to Amélie Deslongchamps at amelie.deslongchamps@investia.ca before Friday, June 24 to express your interest. We will contact you to schedule a meeting based on your availabilities.
- No conditions apply to participate: whether you are a young or retiring advisor, new to the Investia team or not or working with an assistant or not, your participation will be greatly appreciated, regardless of the size of your book of business.
- Note that in the event that we receive a high number of requests, we will make sure to sample Representatives from various categories to represent many business models.
