New Feature on the Client Portal and Mobile App

We are pleased to inform you that a new feature is now available on the Investia Client Portal and Mobile App!

During the week of November 21, 2022, the display of banking information will be available on the Investia Client Portal and Mobile App. Clients will be able to view:

  • All their active bank accounts (i.e., those which have a start date, but no stop date in Univeris);
  • The name of the bank, address, and the last 4 digits of the account number.

Additionally, clients will have the ability to contact their Representative from the mobile app (notification sent via email), should they wish to modify their banking information.

We remind you that clients can easily install the Investia app available in Google Play and in Apple’s App Store. To promote the use of the mobile app, you may use the customizable turnkey letter: Client Turnkey Letter – Investia App

Below is a summary of features currently available on the mobile app:

  • An overview page of clients’ accounts and each single account
  • Details of mutual fund transactions
  • A “Contact us” page providing contact info for the Representative and technical assistance
  • Document viewing
  • Biometric authentication (Touch ID or Face ID)
  • GIC transactions
  • Pending transactions
  • Rate of return
