New Uploading Option on the Secure File Upload Tool – Bank Deposit Backups
Business tools November 17, 2022With the goal of facilitating your bank deposit document transmission process, we are pleased to inform you that a new uploading option will be added to the Secure File Upload Tool on the Advisor Centre.
Starting Wednesday, November 23, 2022, simply select the new “Trust Account (Bank deposit backups)” option to send your Daily Deposit Reports, deposit slips and proof of bank deposits (i.e., ATM printouts) to Investia via the Secure File Upload Tool, instead of having to send them by fax to the Trust Accounting Team at 1-888-897-0582.
Note that the Trust Accounting fax number (1-888-897-0582) will remain an available transmission option for your bank deposit backup.
Administrative Procedure # 14 – Bank Deposit will be amended shortly to reflect this change.
