What is a password manager and what is it used for?
A password manager is a technological tool on which you can store your logins and passwords securely. It can also generate strong and unique passwords for each of your online accounts. The password manager is protected by a unique password, so you must remember it (don't write it down or share it). By using a manager, rather than writing down your passwords, you ensure that cybercriminals will not have access to them. You can also use two-factor identification to increase the level of security.
