As a follow-up to the August 31, 2023 communication, we would like to inform you that the delay experienced with the redemption of Invesco funds to enable the payment of the Investia Client Administrative Fee has been resolved.

As such, we will be processing the Client Administrative Fees tomorrow, Friday, September 22, 2023, for eligible clients:

• who have provided consent up to and including August 10, 2023;
• whose highest market value and lowest cost funds are held in our fund company partner Invesco; and
• where the Representative has indicated that they are not paying the fee on behalf of the client.
