Good news! Following the recent launch of the revamped Investia mobile app, we are excited to announce three new enhancements which will facilitate client banking information entry, client fee consent and language display. These enhancements will come into effect during the week of September 25, 2023.
Client Banking Information
Clients will be able to add their banking information via the Investia mobile app:

Client Fee Consent
As we continue to seek consent for the client fee, clients eligible for the client fee who have not provided consent to the client fee and who are registered on the Investia Client Portal will see a client fee consent request landing page when they log into the Investia mobile app. Clients will have the option to either accept the terms and conditions or request to be reminded later.
If the client selects the “Remind me later” option, the consent request page will resurface when they log into the mobile app after 7 days and until they finally provide consent:

Display Language
Clients will have the ability to change their display language within the mobile app:
