First, we would like to thank you for your collaboration in the collection and processing of client administrative fees for 2023.

On October 30, 2023, we will enable the selection feature on the Client Fee Dashboard for Representatives who would like to pay unpaid client administrative fees for their clients before the end of the year. The selection feature will be available for Representatives from October 30, 2023 to December 1, 2023 and it will be disabled on December 1, 2023.

Notes:

• Representatives who elect to pay the client fee for their clients will pay the full fee amount ($50 + applicable tax).
• If there is any outstanding balance for 2022, the fee amount will be $100 + applicable taxes.
• For Representatives who choose to pay the fee on behalf of their clients, the commission deductions will be processed on December 7, 2023.
