Please be advised that a PureFees system maintenance will be performed on the weekend of Saturday, December 2, 2023. As a result, PureFees will be down on Saturday, December 2, 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, December 3, 2023, 8:00 p.m. (ET).
A banner notifying you of the unavailability of the PureFees tool has been added to the Advisor Centre.
New History Section
The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade PureFees to its latest version, which includes a new feature that will be very important for your daily operations. In the new version, you will have access to a new History section, which will allow you to review all the changes made to a specific fee group or account, providing you with an audit trail for your fee groups and accounts.
“Security to Sell” Process
Additionally, a minor change has been made to the “Security to Sell” process where you will need to click on the drop-down as indicated below and click on “Pick New Security” if you do not wish to use the default highest market value. Once completed, you will be able to enter the security you wish to use.


Flat Fee Amount Now, to set up a flat fee, you will need to click on the button shown in the screenshot below and follow the steps shown in the PureFees Guide. 
Advisor Guide
An updated version of the PureFees Nominee Fee-Based Account Management System Advisor Guide will be available for your reference on the Advisor Centre in the coming days.
