New Method for Adding Client Bank Information – Reminder and Two Events Not to Miss!

Following our March 7, 2024 communication, we would like to remind you that in April 2024, a new process will enable you to enter your clients’ banking information more quickly and efficiently.

More specifically, starting April 29, 2024, all changes to client banking information (i.e., addition of new information or cancellation/updates of existing information) will have to be made via the Advisor Centre, as follows:

  • Log in to the Investia Advisor Centre;
  • Search for the client in the window below;
  • Use the new Banking Information icon.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Effective the week of May 6, 2024, the “Bank accounts” section in Univeris and the banking information section in AccountXPRESS will no longer be editable and remain available for consultation purposes only.
