Final Reminder – Client Fee – Deadline for Payment Option Selection (June 16)
Top news June 16, 2022Following the June 2, 2022 communication, we would like to remind you that the deadline to make your selections on the Advisor Centre (Client Fee tab) to pay the new client fee for your clients is today, Thursday, June 16.
As a reminder, a new single annual administrative fee of $50 (charged by SIN or corporation) was introduced earlier this year by Investia. This new fee is replacing the various fees associated with the administration of client accounts (e.g., transaction, NSF, estate and transfer out fees), which were all eliminated on January 1. For Investia nominee account holders, this $50 fee will replace the existing $100 nominee account fee in June 2024. Until then, your nominee account clients will continue to be charged $100 for the administration of their nominee accounts and will not be charged the $50 client fee.
