2022 Annual Administrative Fee Billing

As a follow-up to the June 16, 2022 communication and February 10, 2022 communication, we would like to inform you that the invoices for 2022 Client Annual Administrative Fees will be mailed to affected clients at the end of this week.

Client Billing

Invoices will be sent by mail to clients who will need to pay the fee directly, i.e., not to those for whom the representative has elected to pay the fees. Note that invoices will not be provided through e-delivery. Click here to view a sample copy of the invoice your clients will receive.

Payment Methods

Clients who receive an invoice may pay their annual fee by either online bill payment (EFT) through their bank (the client should add “Investia – Client Fees” or “Investia Financial Services Inc.” as a payee) or credit card payment through the Client Portal or Mobile App.

For client-name account holders who submitted a Payment Information Form, the fees will be deducted from their account by way of a withdrawal, which will take place at the end of August. These clients will not receive a paper invoice.

Advisor Billing

Clients for whom the Representative has made their selections on the Advisor Centre (“Client Fee” tab) to pay the fee will not receive an invoice. Commission deductions for these fees will be made in September. For Representatives whose fees exceed $1,000, the deduction will be split into 3 equal monthly deductions (September, October, November).
