As you already know, all inbound transfers made to an Investia Nominee Life Income Fund (“LIF”) or Locked-in Retirement Account (“LIRA”) must be made using the applicable Locking-in Confirmation document.
As such, the Locking-In Confirmation (External Transfers to Investia Nominee Accounts) (F51-148A-1) can be found Univeris under the “Generate Forms” section.
Note that a similar version of this form, i.e., the Locking-In Confirmation – Transfer in form (F51-148A-3), was also available on the Investia Advisor Centre. However, in an effort to streamline our processes and ensure we enable the use of as many bar-coded forms as possible, we have removed this version of the form from the Advisor Centre.
