THE 360 NEWSLETTER
We value our partnership with our advisors as much as with their administrative employees and their feedback is of the utmost importance to us. That is why we would like to work together to make sure that the improvements we make to our service offer provide the most value to the administrative aspect of your business practice. With this in mind, we are implementing two administrative staff workgroups.
Mandate:
The purpose of these working groups will be to review and comment on current and future business processes and forms, share their perspective on what hinders their effectiveness, support the administrative conference themes and make recommendations as to how Investia can bring the most value to the administrative aspect of your business practice.
Structure:
- Two (2) workgroups, one in English (10 participants) and one in French (6 participants);
- Members will be appointed for a two-year term;
- Half of each workgroup will be renewed every two years. This will ensure continuity in ongoing initiatives.
Each workgroup will have four virtual meetings scheduled quarterly through the year as follows:
- One in June 2023
- One in September 2023
- One in December 2023
- One in March 2024
In addition to these meetings, the workgroup may be engaged ad hoc on a consultative basis throughout the year as various dealer initiatives present themselves.
Selection Process:
We will be looking for administrative employees from across Canada who use our technological tools on a regular basis in the following categories:
- Various levels of experience
- Licensed/Unlicensed
- Dedicated to a branch/one advisor only
If you wish to put your name forward to be considered for membership in the English or French workgroup, you must complete the nomination form before April 30, 2023. Participants will be selected by an Investia committee composed of members from all sectors of the business by May 15, 2023.
Those interested in participating agree to have their names published in our 360 Newsletter for the purpose of this initiative.
