Please be advised that we will be conducting system maintenance on the weekend of June 9, 2023. As a result, Univeris, the Advisor Centre, Client Portal and Investia mobile application will be unavailable from Friday, June 9, 2023, 8:00 p.m., to Sunday, June 11, 2023, 7 p.m. (ET).
Coinciding with the above, Fundserv will be unavailable from Friday, June 9, 2023, 4:00 p.m., to Sunday, June 11, 2023, 10:00 a.m. (ET) due to the implementation of v33. Consequently, Fundserv will reject all orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Any order not sent before 4:00 p.m. must be held and placed in v33 format on Monday, June 12. ICT (in-cash transfer) orders should not be placed Friday. Any ICT orders placed Friday will have an ICT “sell” side in the outgoing version and the ICT “buy” side will be processed in the new version.
