Following the June 1 communication and as mentioned during the Best Business Practices Roadshows earlier this week, the Electronic Processing Agreement (EPA) will come into effect on June 12, 2023.
The EPA is a mutual agreement between fund companies and distributors (Representatives/Head Office), which will allow you to use Fundserv, via Univeris, to submit your transactions (for client-name accounts only), without having to send documents to the fund companies.

Reminders
- A banner including a link to a video explaining what the EPA entails will be added to the Advisor Centre in the coming days. Click here to watch this video now.
- Investia’s Transaction Processing Grid (Appendix 1) has been updated to reflect the new document transmission requirements and can now be found on the Advisor Centre under Guides and Training / Investia Training Manual.
