Following the June 8, 2023 communication, please find below clarification regarding the Electronic Processing Agreement (EPA), which came into effect on June 12, 2023.

The EPA is a mutual agreement between fund companies and distributors (Representatives/Head Office), which allows for client-name transactions to be processed without having to send documents to the fund companies.

Exceptions apply, please consult the FAQ for complete details regarding the new document transmission requirements.
