Replacement in Case of Absence – Reminders

As a reminder, if you are planning to be away from the office/your practice, whether for vacation or otherwise, please do not forget to do the following before you leave to ensure continuity of service for your clients:

  1. Notify the Registration Department of any (permanent or temporary) change to your personal or business address by sending an email to investia.registration@investia.ca or contacting Client Services.
  2. Appoint another Investia Representative to take over during your absence by completing the “Agent Agreement for the Assignment of Representative Acting on Behalf of Investia” form and sending it to the Registration team at investia.registration@investia.ca. This form can be found on the Advisor Centre under Procedures and Forms / Compliance.
  3. Inform your clients of any changes to your normal business hours and provide them with the name and contact information of the Representative who will be replacing you, if applicable.
