At iA Financial Group (iAFG) and Investia, one of our priorities has always been to ensure the financial wellbeing of our clients by offering them customized solutions to help them achieve their goals.

In order to best meet client expectations and continuously increase client satisfaction, iAFG has put together a new client survey for its lines of business, including Investia.

Similar to the Net Promoter Score (NPS), this anonymous survey is designed to measure the satisfaction of clients with their direct interactions with Investia through the services we provide for them (i.e., quarterly statements, Client Portal, mobile app) and the likelihood of recommending Investia to others.

It should be noted that this survey is intended to seek feedback on the client-dealer relationship only, not on the client-advisor relationship.

A link to the client survey will be added to the Investia Client Portal homepage (carrousel section) in the coming weeks. A link will also be included in each email notification that will be sent going forward to notify clients of the online availability of their statements, starting with the one which will be sent in October for June 30-September 30, 2023 statements.
