System Maintenance – Univeris, Advisor Centre, Client Portal and Mobile App Downtime this Weekend
Top news September 28, 2023Please be advised that a system maintenance will be performed on the weekend of Friday, September 29, 2023.
As a result, Univeris, the Investia Advisor Centre (including the Dashboard, PureFees, Investia Learning and the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) tool), the Client Portal and Mobile App will be down on Friday, September 29, 8:00 p.m. to Sunday, October 1, 2023, 8:00 p.m. (ET). A banner notifying you and your clients of the system unavailability has been added to the Advisor Centre and Client Portal.
