Business Tracker – Two New Features

In the spirit of continuous improvement, we are pleased to announce that two new enhancements have been made to our Business Tracker tool (accessible from the Advisor Centre homepage). These new features are already integrated within the tool.

Capacity to make multi-selections and see the total number of requests in each category
Going forward, you will be able to select more than one type and more than one status at a time in the tool, for added convenience. The tool will dynamically update based on your selections. For example, if you would like to know how many LOI requests are in progress at Investia and with an external provider, you can make the selections as shown below. The numbers besides these processes and statuses will let you know the total count in each category. This enhancement will give you a high-level overview of all your requests made to Head Office.

New link for processing target timelines
A new link has also been added to provide the processing target timelines for each process so that you can have a better idea of internal and external processing timelines. The “Due Date” column reflects calculation from these timelines:
