Technical Issues – Sharing Univeris Fund Facts to the Client Portal

It has come to our attention that Representatives are experiencing issues with sharing Univeris Fund Facts to the Client Portal. This confirmed issue impacts the sharing of Fund Facts from OrderXPRESS and the Fund Facts module.   

In OrderXPRESS, the issue is identified by a warning as illustrated below:

In the Fund Facts module, users are able to share documents without error, however, in some cases the Fund Facts document will not appear in the portal. To confirm delivery, you may consult the mirror access. 

In both of the above instances, we would recommend that the Fund Facts document be shared manually with the client by email or by first downloading the Fund Facts and then sharing it to the client’s portal. Note that all requirements to properly document the delivery of Fund Facts continue to apply.
